These Terms apply to the 2-Day Trial Offer and 50% OFF Promotion. By creating an account and subscribing to any RAM AI plan, you agree to these Terms in full.
1.1 Trial Eligibility
1.1a Trial Credits
During the 2-day trial period, you will receive 500 credits to use within the trial duration.
These trial credits expire at the end of the 2-day period and cannot be carried over. Upon successful conversion to a paid subscription after the trial, additional credits will be credited according to your selected plan.
1.1b Trial Credit Usage Limits — Video Generation Tools
Trial credits may be used across all RAM AI tools. However, the following video generation tools have usage limits:
Once a trial generation limit has been reached on any of the above tools, further generations on that tool will be blocked until you convert to a paid subscription.
The following image generation tools are not subject to this limit and may be used freely with your 500 trial credits:
1.2 Payment Authorisation
1.3 Trial Verification Payment — £3 Verification Charge
As part of the 2-day free trial, a £3.00 verification charge will be applied to the payment method provided at the time of registration. This charge is used solely to verify the validity of the payment method.
The £3.00 verification charge will be refunded in full if:
If the free trial is not cancelled within the 2-day period and the £28.99 invoice becomes overdue or a payment attempt fails, the £3.00 verification charge will not be refunded. In such circumstances, the £3.00 will be applied as a partial recovery payment and deducted from the outstanding £28.99 balance.

Upon cancellation, a refund confirmation invoice will be generated and sent to your registered email address.
Refunds are processed through Stripe and can take up to 5–10 business days to successfully credit back to your authorised card, depending on your card issuer.
⚠ Trial Abuse Notice: If RAM AI reasonably suspects trial abuse (including but not limited to multiple accounts, use of alternative identities, or repeated trial registrations), the £3.00 verification charge will not be refunded, you will be charged for the full £28.99 subscription, and your account may be suspended or permanently blocked.
1.4 Automatic Conversion to Paid Subscription
Unless cancelled before the end of the 2-day trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a monthly paid plan at £28.99 per month, charged to your saved payment method.
You expressly authorise recurring payments at this rate unless and until cancelled.
1.5 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time during the trial by following these steps:
Note: When using Customer Support to cancel your subscription, please include "cancel subscription" in the description and we will action the cancellation. If you are charged after you made us aware, please do NOT panic — we WILL refund you. (Refunds can take up to 5–10 days.)
If cancellation is not completed before the trial expiry, the first monthly subscription charge will be processed automatically.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for a free trial and to withdraw or modify a trial offer at any time where we reasonably believe that a user has created multiple accounts or otherwise attempted to circumvent trial limitations.
Users must not create multiple accounts, use alternative identities, or use different payment methods in order to obtain additional free trials.
2.3 Automatic Conversion to Paid Subscription
Unless you cancel before the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the price stated at the time of sign-up.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or other applicable UK consumer protection laws.
By starting a paid subscription following the trial period, you acknowledge that:
2-Day Trial Offer: A £3.00 verification payment is charged at sign-up and refunded when you cancel your trial via Profile Settings or Customer Support (subject to no trial abuse being suspected). After 2 days, automatically renews at £28.99/month unless cancelled. A refund confirmation invoice will be emailed to your registered address. Refunds take 5–10 business days via Stripe. Recurring billing authorised upon sign-up.
50% OFF Promotion: 50% discount applies to first payment only on eligible plans. Subsequent payments renew at full standard price unless cancelled or changed.
Payments processed securely via Stripe. Credit card providers may apply additional fees. Currency exchange rates subject to Stripe terms.
We use Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates ("Stripe") to process payments. By making a payment through our platform, you agree to be bound by Stripe's Services Agreement (available at https://stripe.com/legal/ssa) and Stripe's Privacy Policy (available at https://stripe.com/privacy).
We do not store your full payment card information. Payment data is processed and stored directly by Stripe in accordance with their security standards and PCI compliance requirements.
